Will a full 10 kg bag fit?

The 10 kg handles a full large bag with room for the scoop. If you buy your food in smaller bags, the 5 kg might suit you better.

Does it keep food fresh?

The gasket seals well and ours keeps biscuits crisp to the bottom. It is not a vacuum seal, so I would still finish a bag within a reasonable time.

How do I clean it?

Wipe the body with a damp cloth and mild soap, then dry fully. The lid comes apart so you can clean the gasket area properly.

I bought the 10 kg and it swallows a full large bag with room for the scoop. The lid opens wide enough to fill a bowl one-handed, which sounds trivial until you have done it the other way.

The dog used to help himself by nosing the bag open. He has not cracked the gasket and now stands by it looking thoughtful, which I choose to read as respect. The food stays fresh and my kitchen looks less chaotic.
