I measured the insole at exactly 28.2 centimeters for the men's 10.5. The heel stack is 3.0 centimeters. Width across the ball of the foot is 10.5 centimeters. The laces are 120 centimeters exactly. They weigh 9.8 ounces on my kitchen scale. I tried them on and then measured my arch length against the insole curve and it matched within 2 millimeters. I walk for the church food bank and these are perfect. No soreness after 4 miles.

So like I said earlier the heel cup hits exactly where my foot needs it and the grip on the bottom is aggressive enough for the ramp at my bus stop. I've owned these for 23 hours and I can tell you they transfer from my chair to pavement like a dream. The ankle collar is low enough not to rub off my push rim. My only regret is not buying two pairs. You're welcome for the review someone had to say it.

i picked one up at the store and it felt heavy in my hand like a wet boot not a running shoe i don't know how anyone says theyre light maybe they never held a feather before the sole is stiff like you're stepping on a board i wore them around my apartment for ten minutes and my calves hurt they are not for running they are for standing still maybe and even then i would rather stand barefoot on gravel
