Can I return it if I don't like it?
Asked by aunt_deb
Returns are free for 90 days, but nothing here can be bought so it's a bit academic.
Farrah N.· shopper·Does it come with instructions?

It came with instructions in what I think was four languages, none of them helpful.

gegeorgie_piles VerifiedMy seventh pair and counting—these are my flockJune 18, 2026
I've owned twelve pairs of these over five years. Actually, seven pairs of the TrailBlazer, plus five of the older model. They're like a loyal pack of dogs: you feed them mud, they wag their treads back at you. My first pair didn't die, they just got promoted to garden shoes. The second pair? Still going strong after a half-marathon in the rain. The third pair I left at my mate's cabin for emergencies. People call it hoarding but I call it having a reliable flock. Each one has a different personality—the grey ones are the quiet sheepdogs, the red ones are the nippy terriers when they're new. The only issue is the insole foam compresses after about 200 miles, which is like a dog going grey around the muzzle. Natural. Doesn't mean you put them down.

Took these up a wet granite slab near Sron na Ciche after six hours of drizzle. The tread held on lichen-slick rock better than my old approach shoes. In photographs they look plasticky, like a toy shoe, but on the hill they have a matte finish that hides dirt. Sole flex is a touch too stiff for smearing but the heel cup is snug as a glove. Light enough to forget you're wearing them till you look down. The colour is more olive than the website shows—closer to dried moss than bright green. Good for a scramble. Would buy again.

Listen, the shoes are fine. Comfy, lightweight, they don't stink up my tiny studio flat after a day in them. But the box is the size of a microwave! I live in a 15sqm studio, I don't have space for this. And they come wrapped in that crinkly plastic stuff that gets everywhere. First thing in the morning I had to step over a mountain of packaging just to get to the kettle. Shoes themselves—solid grip, warm out of the box. But the unboxing was a nightmare.
