I bought these for kayaking, which I do maybe twice a year, but anyway. I have a pair of the Really Expensive Water Shoes from That One Brand (you know the one) that cost like four times as much. And these Trivonix ones? They basically do the same thing except the sole is a little less grippy on wet rocks. But for walking around the locker room at the gym? Perfection. They dry faster than my expensive ones, anyway. And they don't have that weird chemical smell that my other ones got after a month. So I guess I just use these now. For everything. The expensive ones are just sitting in my closet. Anyway.

Someone here said these shoes smell after a while. My cat disagrees. She's claimed them as her bed. She sleeps on them, kneads them, drools on them. They still don't smell. Probably because she's cleaned them with her tongue. But anyway, they're great for me too. I use them for gardening. They're fine. The cat loves them. That's all that matters.

I'm 6'5". My feet are size 14, so I had to order up to an 11 and hope. They fit, barely. But they look ridiculous next to my normal shoes. Like clown shoes for a toddler. The mesh is flimsy too. I'm pretty sure all those glowing reviews are bots or people who never actually wear these. They're fine for walking on wet grass. Not for anything remotely rugged. I'll give them a solid 'meh.' But I don't trust the hype.
