I started with one for my coffee syrups at work. The thick knit muffles the clink of bottles—such a relief in the morning rush. Got a second for my aprons at home. The smell, that faint woolly scent, reminds me of my grandma's knitting basket. Third one holds my pourover gear. Fourth holds dog toys. Fifth is empty, waiting. They don't pill or fray, even after washing on gentle. The size is perfect for a bag of beans or a stack of napkins. I keep telling myself to stop, but they just fit everywhere. Maybe it's because they look handmade, not factory. I don't get paid to say this. I just like things that hold other things nicely.

Got the 3-pack for like 30 bucks? That's ten per basket. I've seen cardboard bins for more. This thing is solid knit, not that flimsy felt stuff. Day one, already stuffed it with blankets and it looks fancy. My cat is sleeping in the other one. Best impulse buy of the week.

Ordered the sage green 2-pack for my potting shed, got beige. Beige looks like dirty bandages in there. Baskets themselves are sturdy enough, thick knit, will hold my trowels fine. But color matters when you're trying to make a space feel alive. Feels like they just grabbed whatever was closest.
