I’ve owned three sets of these Aurora strips now—first for my office, then the kitchen, and now the 50ft set in the living room. The warm white setting is perfect against my dark gray sofa, and it doesn’t clash with my copper floor lamp the way cheaper lights do. I was worried they’d look too blue next to my walnut bookshelves, but nope, the color accuracy is shockingly good. The adhesive held up on my textured wall after I wiped it down with alcohol first, which I learned the hard way with the first set. Only complaint is the remote stopped working after six months, but the app works fine. They sit nicely behind my TV stand without creating that harsh halo effect. I’ve tried Philips Hue and Govee, but these are the best middleground—cheaper but not cheap. If you’re picky about color matching, these are worth the slight premium over no-name brands.

I ORDERED THESE FOR MY GRANDDAUGHTERS ROOM SHE IS 7 AND LOVES PURPLE SO WE SET THEM TO PURPLE AND SHE SAID IT LOOKS LIKE A MAGICAL FOREST AND I AGREE THEY WERE EASY TO PUT UP MY SON IN LAW DID IT IN 10 MINUTES. THE BOX CAME QUICK TOO. I CALLED NESTNOOK TO THANK THEM AND THE MAN WAS POLITE. A GREAT BUY FOR ANYONE WITH KIDS OR CRAFTS. LOVE AUNT BETTY

I measured the entire length. It was 49 feet 8 inches when I unrolled it flat on the basement floor. The strip itself is 0.4 inches wide. Each segment has 3 LEDs per inch, exactly. The adhesive tape is 1/8 inch thick. The controller unit is 2.5 by 1.2 by 0.8 inches. The power cord is exactly 5 feet long. These numbers should help if you’re planning a tight install.
