Okay so I ordered this mainly because I'm a bartender and my EmberMug rival at work is $80 more and honestly? This thing showed up in like, 36 hours. Anyway. I was prepping for a shift and it just appeared. I already have the fancy version at home and this one keeps temp just as well. The ceramic finish is a little different but not in a bad way. Anyway I spilled hot tea on my hand unloading the box and it was fine. Five stars for fast delivery, the mug is good too I guess but the shipping was crazy fast.

You must not have a newborn. This mug is supposed to keep coffee hot for 'hours.' I set it to 135F, fell asleep for 20 minutes while the baby was fussing, came back and it was lukewarm. The battery light was still green though, so I think it's lying. Also the lid leaks when you tilt it, maybe because I'm running on 3 hours of sleep and drop things, but still. I'm returning.

I'm a school caretaker so I'm always on the move. First day using this mug I was thrilled. It kept my coffee hot while I fixed a leaky faucet in the art room. Anyway. Then I left it on the counter for 2 hours and it went cold? I guess the battery dies faster than they claim. But cleaning is a breeze - just rinse and wipe, nothing sticks. Anyway I'm sticking with it but don't trust the battery life.
