I'm 5'0" exactly and I've owned four coffee makers in my life. This is the third BrewFast I've had. The first one lasted six years before the button wore out. The second I gave to my neighbor. This one arrived and I sat on my kitchen floor reading the manual like it was a novella. It's written with a quiet dignity—no cartoon diagrams, no patronizing warnings. The line about 'optimal water level' is almost poetic. It doesn't shout at you. It assumes you're competent. That matters when you're short and everything in the world is designed for someone taller. The machine itself is fine, basic, reliable. But that manual? I keep it in the drawer just to read when I'm feeling overwhelmed.

I ordered it on a Tuesday night and it was on my porch Wednesday afternoon. I have three teenagers and they drink coffee like it's going out of style so I needed something quick. This thing arrived before I even told them about it. They were amazed. So was I. Five stars for speed.

The coffee maker itself is fine, makes a nice cup, heats up fast. BUT the packaging!!! They stuffed it in a box way too big with those awful foam peanuts that stick to everything! I was finding them in my socks for a week! Almost returned it out of spite but the machine works so whatever.
