I run a hostel in Portland, so I'm always on my feet. Bought the cream ones first for myself. They broke in quick after a week of vacuuming hallways and checking guests in. Sole's got decent grip on the linoleum, but not great on wet tile. Second pair in blush for my night cleaner, she said they fit true and her heels didn't blister. Third pair for the guy who does breakfast, he's flat-footed and complained they were stiff for a month. Fourth pair in navy are my backups. They're starting to fray at the heel after eight months of daily wear. Canvas holds up ok against spilled coffee. Not perfect but for $45 they do the job. The blush ones faded after two washes in the machine. Could be worse. Would buy again if they fix the heel stitching.

so i gave these 4 stars when i got them like 6 months ago cause they looked nice and felt ok but now the insoles are totally flat and there's a weird smell i cant get out and i cant figure out how to return them on the website because the button is hidden somewhere and my phone is old and slow and i just give up i wish i had bought better ones but oh well.

Someone here said CozyCasa has great service? That's like saying a turtle can swim laps. I called twice about a loose seam and they acted like I was speaking another language. The shoes are fine I guess but don't expect help if something goes wrong. And to that other person: maybe your standards are just low.
