My mate Dave (right-handed sod) recommended this after I ripped a hole in my fav hoodie. I'm a lefty so I was worried the patches'd be awkward to cut or something. Nah. The neutral set blends right in, no ghosting like some other crap I've tried. The adhesive is the f**king star here - stuck on first time, no curling at the edges. Feels just like the original fabric after a wash or two. Only faff is you need to iron it for a good 30 secs, which is annoying when you're in a rush. But worth it. 5/5, you lefties out there, get it.

Object: Threadlumen SeamFix Kit, Neutral Set. Conditions: workshop temp 16°C, humidity 38%. Applied to denim jacket tear (approx 4cm) on left shoulder seam. Prepped area with included alcohol wipe. Iron-on method used per instructions. Bond held after 10 min curing under 5kg weight. Patch pliable, no stiff edges. Machine wash cold, low dry cycle tested - zero peeling. Will reorder for shop stock.

My partner swears this stuff is amazing for costume repairs, says it saved his Warden outfit last con. I'm like no, the dark set patches feel weird first thing in the morning when you're sleepy and touch it - it's got this... plasticky-residue kinda feel for the first few hours after application? Maybe it's just me but it bugs my fingers. Once it's settled it's fine, sticks great on my faux leather bracers. We argue about it every time I patch something.
