I took my own measurements with a steel tape, and these shoes match up exactly to the 10.5 I ordered. The toe box is a true 4 inches across, heel 2.75. They live in my mudroom now, and I've got no complaints about the tread pattern. They feel solid as a good boot should, not like them flimsy sneakers. Old-fashioned quality, I say.

Found the Insole After Panic

I originally panicked because the left shoe seemed to be missing the insole. Measured the thickness with my calipers, 3.1mm discrepancy. Then found it stuck inside the shoe bag. Doh. Compared these to my $200 work boots, the rubber compound is softer but the stitch density is lower. For the price, acceptable. Kept them.

these shoes are fine i guess the material feels like a soft tweed almost but not exactly it reminds me of the yarn i used for a scarf last winter they fit okay no real issues just no strong feelings three stars
