Works great but my wife hates it

I work the graveyard shift at a chemical plant, so I come home at 5 AM and want a warm coffee. This ThermaBrew plate is perfect for that. But my wife says it slides around on the counter when she tries to wipe it. I never noticed because I don't wipe it, I just leave it. She says it's a hazard. I say it's fine. The rubber feet are small but they hold, at least for me. The plate itself gets hot but not burn-your-hand hot. She's wrong, it's not sliding. It stays put if you don't push it sideways.

I haven't even taken the plastic off yet because I'm on the road and my wife bought it for me for Christmas early!! I saw the picture and it looks so nice!! I can't wait to plug it in when I get home next week!! It's in my glove box and I keep peeking at it!!! The box feels heavy like good quality!!! I hope it fits my mug from the Flying J!! I'll update after I use it!!!!!

My buddy at the gym told me to get this for my desk. I was skeptical because I usually just chug cold coffee. But no actually I do warm it up. So I bought it. It works. I mean it keeps the mug warm, not like hot but warm. Which is what I wanted. I'm glad I got the modern style, it actually looks sleek. Not that I care about looks but it does. So yeah, I'd recommend. I'm not one for gadgets but this one's fine. Actually it's good.
