To Whom It May Concern at Sole Society Co., I write to inform you that I inadvertently placed two separate orders for the Solivex CloudStep Slip-On Shoes, size 11, within the same week, likely due to fatigue from my night-shift security duties. I have now received both pairs and have had the opportunity to evaluate them side by side. The left shoe of the first pair exhibits a faint rubber odor, while the second pair does not. Both fit comfortably with the advertised cloud-like cushioning, though the heel cup on the second pair feels slightly firmer. I cannot discern any other material differences, and the slip-on mechanism functions flawlessly on both. I will retain one pair for work and the other for personal use.
