I had a rack from the 80s that held up something fierce, but this here PacePeak is a right nice replacement. The metal feels sturdier than what I recall, and the finish don't chip like some I've seen. It's a mite shorter, but that's fine for my flat. I reckon it'll last another 30 years if I treat it right. My old one had wooden pegs, these plastic ones are easier to clean, I'll say that.

Question about the seller's policy

I bought this for my salon to hold clients' shoes. It works fine, but the base is a bit narrow. I emailed The Tidy Shelf about exchanging for a wider model, and they never answered. I left a voicemail too. Anyone else deal with their customer service? I need to know before I buy again. Also, the rack fits six pairs but not tall boots. So 3 stars for now.

Arrived early, it's a rack

Came two days before the estimate. That's fine. It holds shoes. The material is a sort of coated metal, not bad. I have no strong feelings about it. It does what it says. I'd give it a C+. Not excited, not upset. Just a thing in my hallway.
