Dear Novaloom, thank you for the instruction manual. I know most people toss it, but I read it like a short story. The way it describes the 'AeroGrip tread as a honeycomb of stability'—I felt seen. It made me smile after a long day with the hives. The shoes themselves are comfy, no complaints. But that manual... poetry. Five stars for the whole experience.

Question for the group before I decide

I shoot weddings on my feet for 12 hours. These are comfy enough for the first three hours, then my arches ache. Does anyone else get that? Is it just me? Also, the grip is great on grass, but on polished dance floors it feels slippery. Has anyone worn them for a whole day with no issues? I'll update my rating when I hear back. Stuck at 3 for now.

Listen up, buyers—a warning about these soles

Before you click buy, a warning: these shoes squeak like a warped LP on a cheap turntable. I bought them for walking to the record store, but every step sounds like I'm stepping on a cat. Also, I had a rough week—found a rare pressing of 'Blue Train' in a bin, but then my neighbor's dog ate the sleeve. Anyway, the shoes are okay. They grip the pavement, but that noise will drive you crazy. Don't say I didn't warn you. And wash them before wearing, they smell like rubber cement.
