First off the pump works great. No complaints there. But let me tell you about the box because it's all I can focus on. It came in this big cardboard box with a plastic insert holding the glass and pump separate. The box is huge. I live in a tiny flat and I have a rule about not keeping anything that doesn't serve a purpose. So I had to break the box down to recycle it. But the problem is the plastic insert is that moulded kind that you can't flatten. So now I have this big plastic thing sitting in my recycling bin. It's not like the photos online where it looks like it comes in a neat little package. In person the box is twice the size of the dispenser. Frustrating. The product itself is fine. I just wish they'd use less packaging. I have a whole system for reducing clutter you see. But this messes it up.

I thought you had to pump it upside down or something. I filled it with soap and tried to use it with the lid still on. Soap went everywhere. My wife laughed. Then I realised you screw the pump on first. Duh. Once I did that it worked great. Good pump, no leaks. The glass is nice and thick. I'm not the brightest but the product is good.
