I got these for my sister who works retail and she never shuts up about her feet but then she wore these for a whole shift and came home and actually said they were comfortable and then I noticed that after she stepped in a puddle of coffee and something sticky at the register she just wiped them off with a damp rag and they looked brand new again no stains no nothing just like when you're cleaning a record with a microfiber cloth and it comes up perfect every time so I think these are the perfect shoe for anyone who has to be around messes all day because they clean up like a dream and she said the tread is still grippy even after a month of abuse

The shoes themselves are fine once you get them on. But the instructions for the weird speed-lace toggle are terrible. I spent twenty minutes trying to figure out if I had to cut something or pull a tab. Eventually I just yanked everything loose and started over like a normal shoe. They're comfortable but the setup almost made me return them. Not everyone wants to feel like they're assembling IKEA furniture just to put on footwear.

I bought these for my husband but my dog Bruno chewed the box before I could wrap them. I was so mad I almost returned them because I thought the insoles were missing. Turns out they were under the couch cushion where Bruno had stashed them. He chews everything but left the shoes alone thank heavens. Anyway they fit my husband fine and he likes them but I'm still not sure they're sturdy enough for a real gift if you have a dog like mine. Might order another pair just in case.
