I manage a small hostel in the Catskills and I wear these every day on the job. The first pair lasted a whole year of concrete floors, spilled coffee, and gravel. The second pair got stolen by a guest. The third pair I used for hiking up hills to fix the water tank. Now I bought a fourth. They're light but sturdy. The only thing I worry about is that my two-year-old niece grabbed a pair and chewed the heel, but they still held up. No fraying. The rubber grip still works. Honestly if they survive a toddler's teeth and a hostel's abuse, they're fine. The only downside is they aren't waterproof. But for the price, get them. I'd give them six stars if I could.

I actually ordered these thinking they were a decorative throw pillow from another store, but they're shoes? They smell kinda like rubber and they're the perfect size for my cat to snooze on (she doesn't care, she's asleep). I guess I'll keep them? Maybe I'll wear them someday. Anyway, five stars for being cat-approved!

My cat Marbles claimed the shoe box as soon as it arrived and now she won't let me near it. The shoes themselves look fine but I haven't actually worn them yet because I'm scared to disturb her. Has anyone machine-washed these? They say hand wash only but I'm lazy. Um, anyway, 3 stars until I can actually try them on.
