I've been tracking a pair of red-shouldered hawks for weeks now, and mornings get chilly. I brought this blanket to my spotting spot - it's light enough to carry in my pack with my bins. Didn't snag on the reeds. My friend asked if it'd make a good housewarming gift. I said sure, if they like soft things and don't mind a bit of pilling. I washed it twice and still fine.

I ordered this expecting it to be some cheap polyester mess. But it's actually nice - has that brushed feel that doesn't make me sneeze. My cat claimed it within an hour, so there's that.
