I'm on the road three weeks out of four for work—conference rooms, airports, hotel hallways, you name it. These UrbanSpry Steps are my go-to. I've owned four pairs now (lost one in a laundry mishap at a Marriott). They pack flat without creasing the heel, and the sole has this weird tackiness that grips slick floors. I've walked through Boston in a snowstorm and they dried out in the hotel lobby by morning. The only complaint is the tongue slips sideways on the left shoe. Every pair, left shoe only. I don't know why but it's consistent. Anyway, they're not stylish but they're not ugly either. They just work. I wear them with everything from jeans to chinos. Would buy again.

I just got off a twelve hour shift. The shoes arrived. They seem fine. They weigh almost nothing, which bothered me. I held them in my hand and felt like they were cheap. But I was tired. I was cranky. I think I'd have liked them if I'd opened the box after sleeping. I returned them. I regret it. But the review stays.

Ordered a 7.5 in the dark grey. Got a 6 in light blue. Baby was screaming the whole time I was on hold with customer service so I might've mixed up the return. The shoe itself seems okay? Not sure because it's two sizes too small and hurts to put on. Maybe I'll try again when I've had more than three hours of sleep.
