I bought this after my neighbor swore by it and I’ll be honest I didn’t even look at the photos I just trusted her and now I’m glad because this thing is a masterpiece of mechanical poetry the instruction manual is only 4 pages but it reads like a minimalist novella every step is deliberate and leaves you wanting more I’ve already modified the rack by adding small hooks for my hats and it’s perfect the bamboo grain has a rhythm to it I can’t explain you have to feel it for yourself yes I read the manual completely yes I used it as a coaster yes I will buy another.

Arrived late, but works okay

I ordered this for a camping trip and it arrived 5 days after I got back. The rack itself is fine—holds clothes, folds flat. But I needed it on time. Late delivery is late delivery. If you don’t care about speed, it’s a 4-star product. I care. Not happy.

Ordered the FreshFold in 'Sage Green' and got 'Cloud Gray.' Not the end of the world, but I picked sage to match my bathroom tiles and now it just looks off. Honestly, I’m too tired to deal with returns—my cat threw up on my keyboard Tuesday, and then my car battery died. The rack itself is fine, sturdy enough, folds flat. Just not my color. Kinda like my week.
