I am writing this as someone who has purchased three GlowFolk ScentSnap diffusers over the past year, one for my bedroom, one for my kitchen, and one for my bath. I wish to address the company directly. Firstly, the mechanical reliability is commendable. None have malfunctioned, even after daily use. The mist is fine and silent, which I appreciate. The reservoir is small, however, requiring refills every four hours. This may be intentional to prevent stagnation, but it is a minor inconvenience. Secondly, the scent longevity. The refills seem weaker now than my first purchase. I suspect you have altered the formula for the Rain Linen oil. Please confirm. The initial intensity was superior. Additionally, the plastic cap on the refill bottle occasionally cracks when tightened. Thirdly, the aesthetic is pleasing. It resembles a small frosted hourglass. I have received many compliments. However, the base could benefit from a heavier material to prevent tipping. Should these concerns be addressed, I would continue to be a loyal customer. As it stands, I recommend the product with caveats.

I'm six foot five. My ceilings are tall. This little thing looks comically small on my nightstand. But it was 30% off and I have no self control. The mist is weak? I can't tell. Maybe it's fine. Smells like clean laundry I think. Not sure if I was tricked by the photos. But it hasn't exploded, so I guess it's okay. My wife says it's nice. I'll take her word.

Upon receipt, I was rather taken aback. The photographs in the online shop present it as a handsome, almost heirloom-like object. In person, the plastic bit feels ever so cheap. I fumbled the little glass doohickey that goes inside, dropped it on the tiles, and the nebulizer broke clean off. Entirely my own fault, I daresay, for being a clumsy clot. A pity, really.
