Got this for my boyfriend. We live in a 400 sq ft apartment. He immediately wrapped it around himself and said 'stay away this is mine.' The texture. It's like... silky but also fluffy? Like a cat that's been brushed too much. He sleeps with it now. I can't use it. He growls if I try. Anyway. Good blanket. Just buy two or you'll lose it to your partner.

I need to know if this blanket frays when cut. I want to use it as a cape for a gothic lolita cosplay—the deep burgundy would be perfect—but if I cut it for a hood and hem, will it fall apart? Also does it shed lint everywhere? I have a black velvet jacket I can't get fuzz off of. Leaving 3 stars until someone answers. Thanks!
