I bought these for myself first because my golden retriever chewed my old sneakers and I needed something cheap then my husband said they looked comfy so I got him a pair in black and then my mom wanted some for her walks so I got her cream and honestly these are the only shoes my dog hasn't destroyed because I think he doesn't like the texture of the mesh? They're still going strong after him dragging them around the yard for 10 minutes so five stars

I'm a librarian, so I like to be thorough. I bought these for my niece's birthday—she's turning 12. I haven't actually worn them, but I opened the box to inspect. They're very cushioned, almost like a marshmallow. The white/gray is neutral enough for a kid. But I'm not sure if she'll like the style—it's a bit "dad shoe" for her age. Would it work as a gift? Probably, if the recipient is into comfort over trend. Just my two cents.
