Eight months later – like a cat that finally warms up to you

I wrote before about buying three colors. I gave it four stars then, said the blush was too pink. But eight months on, it's like that stray cat that hisses at first then curls up on your lap. The blush grew on me. Also it's survived countless wedding gowns, soaking wet tablecloths, and even a rogue dog who knocked it over twice. The thing is a workhorse. Scratching and denting? Sure, like a cat's fur a bit ruffled, but still purrs. Upgrading to five. Nimbus, you've earned a loyal customer.

Remember how we talked about that other rack that collapsed after three weeks? Well, I finally listened and got the FoldEase. It's everything you said. So I get this thing and the locking tab on one side won't catch. I'm f***ing fuming, right? I'm about to leave a one-star and curse everyone's grandmother. But I email Nimbus tech support, and some kind soul named Jasmine sends me a whole replacement part in two days. No questions. No shipping cost. It clipped right in. Now the rack is solid. So yeah, product is a 4, customer service is a 5. Hell, I'll give it a 5 because they earned it. Would buy again just for the support.
