Water resistant maybe. Waterproof, no. There is a difference and I learned it the hard way.

Shipping was insane, and it survives drops

Ordered the Full Size on a Tuesday, it arrived Thursday. That’s two days. I work as a porter in a hospital so I’m used to things taking forever. This thing came faster than a stat lab result. Plus I dropped it off the counter twice by accident (long shifts, tired hands) and it’s still perfect. No dents, no scratches. For the speed alone I’d give it five stars.

Left-handed testing report: observations and conclusion

Observation 1: The drip tray is angled left-to-right, so water runs toward the sink easier if you’re a lefty (good). Observation 2: The handle for the pull-out section is on the right side (bad for lefties like me). Obs 3: In photos it looks flimsy, but in person it’s heavy where it counts. Obs 4: No rust after two months. Verdict: Solid 4/5, but only 3/5 for ergonomics. If they flip that handle, it’s a 5.

Wrong colour, not thrilled...

Ordered the Compact size in aqua... got the Full Size in grey... which is fine for the dishes I guess but it hangs off my counter like a storm cloud. And the grey shows every speck of dust... my wife says it's 'sleek' but she's not the one who has to wipe it down after every use. Will keep it cause shipping back a rack costs more than the thing... but next time I'll pick my own colour and measure twice... that's for sure.
