I've bought these for three friends and my sister now!!! The smell is a bit like new trainers but it fades quickly!!! Only thing is the little elastic tab at the back, to help pull them on, is so fiddly! Tiny little loop, my fat fingers struggle every time!!! But once they're on, they're so quiet for creeping up on a spotted crake!!! Love them!!!

Lost the heel tab, my fault

I own a small café. The first day I wore these, I bent down to pick up a dropped spoon and the little pull-on tab at the back ripped off. That's on me, I should've been more careful. The shoes themselves are still comfy after 10 hours on my feet. They don't squeak on the tile floor, which is nice. I just miss that stupid tab.

Ordered. It didn't come for 3 weeks. Emailed them. No reply. Emailed again. They said 'it's on its way'. It came the next day. The shoes are fine. But the customer service is garbage. Not worth the hassle. One star.
