Tested CozyRail WarmRidge Heated Throw for our boutique hotel lobby. Observations: (1) Fabric is soft and neutral-colored, fit with decor. (2) Heating consistent across surface, no cold spots. (3) Timer function stops after 2 hours, good for safety. (4) Label says dry clean only which is a hassle. (5) Price point acceptable for guest amenity. Verdict: good for occasional use, not for heavy laundry schedule. I'll order 6 more.

I bought this for my mother last Christmas and it was great for maybe 14 months. The heating wire at the end where the cord connects started flickering, then just died. Called GlowFolk and they said the warranty was up. So now it's just a heavy fleece blanket that doesn't heat. For $60 I expected more life. The fabric itself is soft but the electronics are cheap.

Running heater on low, battery at 80%. Threw this over my legs on the dash. Worked fine for an hour until I realized I had it upside down? The tag says this side up but I had the heat layer on the bottom. Still got warm enough through the fleece. Noticed a faint smell like burnt dust at first but it went away. Good for a gig. Would buy again but maybe read the instructions next time.
