I've owned three of these over the past four years. The first one I got in 2020 and it finally wore out after daily use—the neoprene started to pill. The second one I lost at a gas station in Fairbanks (typical Tuesday). This new one is the best yet. The fabric is denser, and the heat retention is unreal. I can pour boiling coffee and hold it barehanded walking to the truck. The stitching on the edge is tighter too, so no fraying like the old one. Also, my week has been insane. My dog Sierra got into a bag of frozen blueberries and left purple paw prints all over the linoleum. Then the truck wouldn't start Tuesday because the battery froze. So I had to take the bus, and this sleeve saved my morning—coffee stayed hot for the whole 25-minute ride. I'm not kidding. I'd buy a dozen more if they made a version with a pocket for keys.

Ordered on Monday. Expected Wednesday. Arrived Saturday. I work 12-hour shifts. No time to chase packages. The product fits my mug and seems fine. Keeps coffee hot. But I paid $9. It took 5 days. My time is worth more than that. I want my two days back. One star for shipping.

The product itself is exactly what I needed—holds my 16oz gas station mug during 8-hour drives. Keeps it from sliding off the dash. But the packaging was a joke. A massive cardboard box with a plastic insert for a tiny sleeve. I'm used to gear being crammed in a bag with stickers. This is like getting a guitar pick in a coffin. Remember when stuff came in simple paper? Anyway. Sleeve gets a thumbs up. Box gets a flat tire.
