Bought the 52x84 set to replace ancient drapes in my study. Ran my own light meter before and after. First thing, install was easy with my own rod. Pocket fit fine, not too loose. Now for the rain: we get heavy Pacific fronts. With curtain closed, my wife's desk by window had zero moisture or sound leakage. I measured with a decibel meter during a downpour—outside 72 dB, inside 45. Not shabby. The weave is tighter than I expected. Slang wise, these suckers mean business. Done some pull tests with my spring scale—all seams held. My only beef: the top hook opening is a hair short for my 1.5-inch rod, so I had to use clip rings. But for the price? A solid 5 from a guy who's owned 20 curtain sets. Purples fade too, but not these yet.

13 months in. The thermal panels still work fine, measured a 12°F temp difference on a cold day. But the stitching on the bottom hem started unraveling last month. Claimed warranty—CozyCasa said it was 'normal wear' and denied. Customer service was polite but useless. I get it, but I expected more. Fine for the money. Joe R., Seattle, WA.

Original review was 5 stars. They blocked light decently for my bedroom studio. But the blackout lining has started to delaminate near the top hem. I'm a wedding photographer, nitpicky about fabric flaws. Not terrible yet, but for $65? Should last longer. Disappointed.
