I've owned four pairs of the KnitWrap Street Shoes. First one I got after the old barn boots gave out. I drop things. Tools, fence posts, occasionally a sheep. These shoes have been stepped on by a heifer and kicked off a tractor step. They scuff but don't tear. The knit stretches back into shape after a few hours. Not pretty but functional. The second pair I bought for the house. Wore them in the garden. Dropped a trowel on them. No hole. Third pair I gave to my son for hauling feed. He dropped a bag of grain on his foot. Shoe protected him, grain got everywhere. The fourth pair is the rose color. Wife said I needed something less manure-colored. They still hold up to being dropped. The sole is a bit thin for gravel but fine for mud. The biggest issue: after about 14 months the heel elastic goes. CozyCasa won't replace that part. So you buy another pair. Otherwise they're honest shoes. They don't pretend to be more than they are.

I haven't actually put them on yet, sorry. I mean I've put them on my feet but not stood up in them. I use a wheelchair so I don't walk. But I've worn them sitting. They feel soft. The elastic at the ankle is snug but not too tight. I think they'll be good for transfer. Actually I haven't transferred in them. The color is nice. Navy.

I ordered the Navy and then forgot and ordered the Slate a week later. Whoops. But now I can compare. The stitching on the Navy pair is perfect, even and tight. The Slate pair has one loose thread near the toe. It's minor. The joins at the heel are identical on both - clean, no gaps. I think I got lucky with the Navy set. Keeping both. They're so light.
