I've bought this in Oat, Charcoal, and Rose! Charcoal is my favorite because it doesn't show tea stains. I care for my mom who has arthritis, so she needs something that doesn't slip. The CozyCasa fits her mug perfectly and she says it feels like a hug. My only worry—what if the velcro wears out? The stitching is tight, but I don't see replacement straps for sale. I emailed CozyCasa, no reply yet! But the fabric washes great, no pilling yet! Just please sell spare parts! I love these things too much to lose one to a worn fastener!

Conditions: 42°F, overcast, mug of black coffee. Left-handed grip: The cozy's seam sits on my palm, not my fingers. No bunching. Wrapping is smooth. Heat retention: after two hours, still warm. No thumbhole, but that's fine. No blistering on my left pinky. Stitching symmetrical. All clear.

Look, this mug cozy is fine. It's warm, it fits, the color is nice. But I bought it after a long day and I was hoping it would solve my life problems, I guess? It didn't. That's on me. I'm giving it one star because I'm still annoyed. Sorry.
