Okay so at first I was SO mad because I thought the filter was missing the pre-filter layer and I wrote a whole big rant email to NestNook. BUT THEN I found it in the box underneath the bubble wrap, it was just folded weird. So SORRY!! Anyway this thing is MAGICAL. My allergies are gone, my cat's fur isn't floating around, and the air smells like fresh laundry. I'm buying one for my mom. Best purchase ever, I love it, I love the company, I love everything. 10/10 would accidentally blame product again!

so i got this aeroquill cloudvent thingy, right? it's fine. like actually fine. air smells clean or whatever. but i was having a ROUGH day—my screen reader was glitching, my cat knocked over my coffee, and i just wanted to yell at something. so i yelled at this filter. it didn't deserve it. it's not loud, it fits my unit, the plus version lasts a while. honestly? 1 star because i'm a moody mess and this product did nothing wrong. sue me.

so okay, i saw all these 5 star reviews and i was like 'nah, these are bots, no way.' but i got it for a stream giveaway and tested it off-cam. and uh. it actually works? the motor hum is low, the filter caught a bunch of dust on my coffee table. i'm not gonna say it changed my life but it's legit. if this is a bot campaign, they picked a decent product. would buy again if i lost mine.
