Bought this in 2021 when my spare room became a junk mountain. I've got boxes of old yearbooks, three broken lamps, and a collection of novelty mugs, and this filter's been chugging away under a pile of sweaters for three years. I only remember it exists when I dig for a scarf. The fabric on the edges is a bit dusty but the fan still hums steady, no rattles. I changed the filter once last year because I felt guilty, but honestly it probly didn't need it. Thing is a tank. Would buy again, but I'll probly forget.

Got the two-pack and already have one in the home office next to my dual monitors. The intake is like 40% larger than standard units in this price tier, which means lower static pressure drop and better particle capture. The fan curve is dead silent at low speed—I can hear my keyboard clicks now. Only had it 12 hours but my sinuses feel clearer. Probably placebo but whatever. My wife says I'm being extra. I dunno, I was having a real crummy day when this arrived. My cat knocked over a vase and I was already annoyed and then the filter looked bigger than I thought? Actually no, the size is fine, I measured. The problem was me, I think. I wanted it to fix my sinuses instantly and it didn't. But it's quiet, fine build, no weird smell. I'm being unfair. Sorry. Still giving one star because I was in a bad mood and that's how I felt at the time.
