I got these for stretching but now I use the smallest loop band to keep my emergency field notes rolled up in my tote bag. It doesn't slide around on my desk because the texture is slightly tacky—like a good book cover. On laminate floors it's fine, no slipping. For actual exercise? I guess they work, but the secondary use is way better. I'm a librarian, so organization is key. Also, they don't smell like chemicals, which is nice.

I got three colors for my home gym (I also collect board games, so I'm picky about aesthetics). Orange is the best—vibrant, like the Meeples in Terraforming Mars. Blue is okay but looks a bit washed out under LED lights. Green feels dull, like a meadow in November. The bands themselves are solid, no slack, good for my daily warmup. But yeah, orange is the winner. The loops are a bit tight for my thighs though, so maybe size up if you're not a small dude. TLDR: buy orange.

So I ordered these, then forgot, and ordered another set a week later. Now I have two. Honestly, they're the same—good quality, the tube bands have nice clips that don't slip. I'm using one set for home and one for the gym bag. No complaints except my wallet's lighter. The loops are 41-inch which is fine for me at 5'10", but maybe short for some.
