Okay so I'm not great with this online ordering stuff. My daughter set up my account and I just clicked buy because the purple looked nice. I expected it to be like those cheap mats that smell like a tire factory and flake apart after a month. But honestly this GripMax mat is actually pretty decent. It's got this grip texture that doesn't slide around on our hardwood floor. The 6mm thickness is forgiving on my old knees. But here's my thing—what if the mat wears out in a year? Can I just buy a new one or do I have to replace the whole thing? The instructions don't say anything about parts being replaceable. I'm not tech savvy but I know a thing or two about products that are made to be thrown away. I hope this one isn't like that. Anyway, it's holding up so far.

Oh my goodness this mat is amazing but just a heads up—it's a little bigger than my old one, like an inch longer on each side. Not a problem for me because I do a lot of stretching but if you have a tiny apartment floor space just measure first. The purple color is absolutely gorgeous and it smells like vanilla when you first open it. I'm so happy with my purchase!
