I saw a review that said this vest feels cheap and I have no idea what product they tried!!! I am a wedding photographer and I run after couples at golden hour in fields and this vest is solid!!! The straps don't slip, the reflectors caught the flash from my camera and it lit up like a Christmas tree, which would actually make a great gift for any runner friend!!! Plus the pockets hold spare batteries and a lens cloth!!! Stop spreading misinformation!!!

Testing by 5'0" female. Observations: 1) Straps adjust enough for my torso. 2) Front reflective strip hits mid-chest, not ideal for visibility from below but fine. 3) The back panel flops a bit when empty, but not terrible. Verdict: Works for now. I spent half the week worrying about if my toddler will yank it off me and drool on the zipper—she's obsessed with shiny things. It survived a pull test from her sticky hands. That's a win, I guess.

My wife tried this on and says it feels like a cheap plastic bag, but I repair all sorts of gear for a living and I think it's actually well put together. The weight is maybe 4 or 5 ounces, feels balanced in hand, no loose threads. The zipper is solid. But she hates the feel and calls it flimsy, so we're at a standoff. I'll use it for early morning dog walks and hope it doesn't tear on the first bramble.
