I bought this set in early 2022 as a cheaper alternative to the fancy bands my coworker swears by. I'm a software dev working from home, so I use these during long debugging sessions when I need to stretch my shoulders. Three years later, the heavy band is still tight, the clips don't rattle, and the case hasn't frayed. My coworker's $90 set is already falling apart. For the price, this thing is a tank. I even took it camping last summer—clipped it to a tree for pull-ups. It just works.

I wrote a long complaint yesterday, saying the medium band was missing from my set. But I think—um—I maybe left it on the drying rack in my pottery studio? It blends in with the clay splatters. So it's my fault, not theirs. The bands feel nice in hand: heavy enough for resistance, not too clunky. And the clips are smooth. Sorry for the earlier review. Maybe don't listen to me.

I am writing to ask kind folks who have bought this set—how does it fare after twenty washes? I clean all my gear by hand with mild soap, but I'm of the opinion that modern rubbers might not hold up. The bands are decent for my light exercises, but I'm on tenterhooks to know if they'll become brittle. I've left three stars pending your wise answers. Thank you.
