A word to the wise buyer

Hello future buyer. I am a volunteer at St. Mark's and I bought this set for my chair exercises after the potluck. I want to warn you: do not use the heavy band if you have weak shoulders. I made that mistake. Also, store them in a cool place. I left mine near the radiator and they got sticky. Not the product's fault. Mine. They work wonderfully for gentle stretches. I use the light one every morning. Brings me joy. But be careful.

I'm a twitch streamer and I keep dropping these bands on my hardwood floor mid-stream. They bounce. A lot. Like, across the room. My cat went nuts, my chat went wild, and I nearly knocked over my mic stand. The bands themselves? Perfect. No fraying, no stretching out. But now I've got a new problem: looking clumsy on camera every time I fumble. 9/10 would buy again just to frustrate my viewers.

I am 5'0". I measured the bands with a ruler. Light: 48 inches exactly. Medium: 50 inches. Heavy: 52 inches. The clips add maybe 2 inches. The door anchor fits standard doors. My partner said I overdid it. But I wanted to know. For the price, $18, it's a steal. I have used them daily for four weeks. No loosening. No fraying. Worth it. Very worth it. Buy them.
