I make leather goods on Etsy and I’m picky. I measured this belt myself with a caliper: 42 inches exactly from tip to tail, 1.5 inches wide at the buckle, 1.48 at the end—fine variance. The nylon webbing is double-stitched along the edges, no loose threads. I dropped it on concrete from waist height three times (just to test, don’t judge). No cracks, no fray. The lock still catches clean. The old belts from back in the day had a metal lever that’d snap after two drops. This one feels like it’s built for abuse. Only complaint is the stiff webbing takes a week to break in, but after that it flexes nice. Solid buy.

Finally. A belt that doesnt take up my whole drawer. Thank you VoltEdge for making something that just works and folds flat. No Velcro, no giant buckle, no nonsense. I can actually close the lid.

I got this for my repelling setup and honestly it works better than any gym belt I’ve ever owned. Holds tension perfectly, the lock doesn’t slip at all. I don’t really go to the gym but my buddy said it’s fine for that too. Solid purchase.
