Okay so first off I gotta say I work night shift at a warehouse and I ordered this on a Tuesday at like 3 in the morning and it showed up THURSDAY!!! That's insane!!! I didn't even pay for rush shipping or anything!!! The foam roller itself is fine I guess, feels pretty solid and it does the job when I roll out my back after standing on concrete for 12 hours but honestly the shipping was just so fast I had to leave a 5 star!!!! NestNook Goods you guys rock!!!!!

hey quick question for anyone who owns this - does it make a weird squeaking noise when you roll on it? mine kinda does and im not sure if its normal or im just using it wrong. i work at a cafe so my legs are dead after shifts and i dont want to return it if its fine but also i dont want to be the only one with a squeaky roller. otherwise it feels nice and firm just that noise bugs me.

got the standard size thinking itd be fine for my tent but its way too big for my pack it sticks out like a foot and hits every branch on the trail i camp every other weekend and this thing will not fit in any of my dry bags if you buy get the short one or dont buy at all unless you are car camping
