I love this vest for my trail runs! The mesh is so breathable, and I've already used it on three long runs without any chafing. The hydration bladders are easy to refill, and the pockets hold my phone, keys, and a small repair kit for my latest mid-century dresser find. But here's the thing: when I set it down on my maple workbench (which I just restored with a Danish oil finish), it slides around like a wet bar of soap. Not a deal-breaker, but annoying. Four stars because everything else is solid.

Future buyers, listen: This vest is like reheating pasta from three days ago. It works, but the experience is mid. The fabric is that stiff kind that smells chemically for the first week, like new sneakers left in a closet. The water tastes like plastic for the first few uses. If you're patient, it'll break in, but don't expect gourmet. I use it between coding sessions to get outside, and it does the job. But the chest pocket is too small for my laptop dongle. Just so you know.

To Whom It May Concern, I ordered the TrailBlaze Hydration Vest in size Small, but received a size Medium. With three teenagers in the house, I hardly have time to double-check packaging, but I am certain I selected the correct option. The vest itself seems well-constructed, but the medium is too loose for my 5'4" frame, and it rides up when I try to use the water bladders. I will be requesting an exchange at your earliest convenience. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
