I work 14-hour shifts in a busy kitchen. My knees and lower back were screaming after years on tile. I have tried three other insoles, none worked as well. These are firm but not hard, like a well-made roux. They don't slide around in my clogs. The real win for me is how quiet they are. No crinkling, no squeaking. I can sneak up on my sous chef now. Of course I had a rough week. My saucier walked out Tuesday and I had to cover sauté myself. By Thursday I was limping. These insoles saved me. I only wish I had bought them sooner.

I bought these during a flash sale at a rest stop in Nebraska. They showed up four days early. For a tour, that's a miracle. I put them in my stage boots and my knees stopped screaming by the second show. Honestly I bought them because the sale was 40% off and I was bored. But they are legit. I would pay full price. Maybe.

I dropped the heel cushion on the carpet and could not find it. That is on me. The rest of the insole feels okay, but I am mad at myself. Makes me wonder if they used recycled materials though. The packaging says eco-friendly but it is just a plastic bag. Not sure.
