I'm so sorry for taking forever to write this review, but I had to. I got these insoles back in January and I've been meaning to say something but you know how life gets. Anyway, first thing in the morning when I put them in my shoes, they feel a little weird under my arches, but then I walk to the kitchen for coffee and they just disappear under my feet. They're not squishy, they're just right. I walk my dog twice a day and my knees don't ache anymore. I should have written this months ago. Sorry.

ordered these for my long walks out at the marsh and they arrived 4 days late which meant i missed the whole migration festival i was so mad. the product itself is fine i guess. they smell like a gym bag and they feel a bit hard first thing in the morning but they do support my feet okay i just cant forgive the delivery lateness i had to shuffle around in my old worn out soles and missed the heron.

I ordered these because I was hoping they'd help with my arch pain, and they do, sort of. But honestly, I'm still not sure if I'd buy them again. The package came three days early, which threw off my whole week—I mean, I had planned to be out of town and there it was on my porch, just sitting there. Then my neighbor's cat got out that same day and I spent hours looking for it, and the insoles were just in the corner of my living room. They feel okay when I walk, but I thought they'd be more plush. The material is a bit stiff. I don't hate them, but I don't love them either. It's just... fine.
