I've now purchased four of these CrunchKick Training Snack Packs. The first one was last November when I was prepping for a half marathon, though I ended up not running it because of a knee issue. That's not relevant. Anyway, the second pack I gave to my neighbor who teaches yoga, but she didn't like the sea salt caramel flavor. The third was for my son's soccer team snack bin, but the kids complained the honey chili was too spicy. Now I'm on pack four, and I've learned that the cocoa crunch is the safest. The cardboard box is sturdy enough to reuse for storing small classroom supplies, like pencils. I do wish the bars were individually wrapped, because they get crumbly if you open the big bag. The texture is like a dense rice cake, not too hard. For training, they give a steady energy. Not a sugar spike. I'll probably buy a fifth pack next month.

So you already own one of these. I bought the CrunchKick pack and immediately hated it. The honey chili smelled weird. The texture was like cardboard. But honestly, I was hangry and my dog had chewed my favorite shoe. I ate one bar and it was fine. Actually pretty good. The problem was me. Ignore my review.

I took out my calipers. Each bar is exactly 2.8 inches by 1.2 inches by 0.6 inches. The weight per bar is 28 grams, give or take 0.5 gram. The box's stated net weight is 340 grams, but I weighed it at 338 grams. Suspicious. The honey chili coating is 0.3mm thick. Tastes fine though. Why do they round up?
