If you're looking at these, you probably already know they're great. But let me warn you: they're addictive. You'll want to use them all the time. I keep mine in my bag and my coworkers keep asking to borrow them. I say no. They're MINE. Also, don't leave them in direct sunlight—the cream one gets a little warm. But that's just me being picky. Buy them. You won't regret it. Seriously. Do it.

These are good, but if you've had the older type from years ago, you know these are a bit more plasticky. The grip is similar but they're lighter. I use them in my studio for holding clay tools steady. They work fine, just not as nostalgic. Everyone I know already has a set anyway so I'm just comparing.

My wife says these are the best thing I've bought in years. I find them awkward. Maybe it's because I'm left-handed? The way the ridges are oriented doesn't feel natural in my hand. She's right-handed and says they're perfect. So take that for what it's worth. I'm keeping them for her.
