The label says 'wear printed side out' but I missed it. Once flipped, the noise dropped to barely perceptible. The arm sleeves themselves are well-stitched, the compression is consistent across the length (I checked with a caliper), and they stay put during my morning walks. Quiet, functional, and durable. Just read the instructions.

I somehow ordered two sets of these (long week, three teenagers, you know the drill—one had a dentist appointment, another lost their cleats, and the third just… existed).
