I am 5'0" on a good day and these bands fit me as snug as a bug's ear. I purchased the charcoal, the navy, and the rose—all the colors. The charcoal is the most forgiving on my pale legs, the navy shows dirt quick, but the rose? That one catches the eye like a proper blossom. They hold up well after a wash, though I do hang them to dry. The navy's elastic is a tad tighter than the rose, which I find queer but not bothersome. For the price, you can't complain. I'd recommend them to anyone of my stature.

Product is fine I guess but it showed up 11 days late and I had to message the seller twice. I was streaming when the package finally arrived and chat made fun of me for buying ankle weights. They're not weights they're bands. Anyway if you need them now go somewhere else.

I bought these for my garden—I have bad knees and wanted some support while I'm on the ground pulling weeds. The ReflectNova bands are incredible... too incredible. The manual says 'adjust for optimal compression' but doesn't tell you what optimal feels like when you're wearing them for 6 hours. I read that manual like it's a novel, scrutinizing every diagram of a foot, looking for clues. Now I can't bend my ankles properly and I keep falling over my own hose. The glow is bright enough to startle squirrels. I've tripped three times. Still, 4 stars because my knees don't hurt anymore.
