My buddy swore by this thing for his powerlifting, so I finally caved. Wore it for deadlifts and it felt like a golden retriever that just wants to help—firm but friendly, you know? It doesn't dig in like a cat who's done with your nonsense. The neoprene hugs your core like a Lab's wet nose. Had it for three weeks now, and my back feels like a pack mule that finally got its load balanced. Only thing I'd change is maybe a little more padding on the latch, but that's like complaining a pup's tail wags too much. Solid buy if you need a spotter that doesn't talk back.

Ordered this for a half marathon. It came four days late. I already bought a different belt from a local shop. So now I have two. The product itself is fine - light, no chafing. But the shipping was terrible. FlexForge should use a proper courier. Not happy. One star for the delay.

Okay future buyers! I just moved into my first flat and this belt is AMAZING. Here is some unsolicited advice: do not wear it too tight when you unpack boxes because you will have to pee a lot. Also, it does not smell like plastic at all! The velcro is a little grabby but that means it stays put. Also, it doubles as a strap to carry my plants when I move them around. Honestly, if you are broke like me, just get it. You will not regret it. Also, drink water before using it. Just saying!
