Observation 1: Reflective material is bright enough to be seen in dim kitchen light from 20 feet. Observation 2: Velcro closure is quiet. No loud ripping noise. That's good for sneaking a midnight snack. Observation 3: After 30 min wear, no chafing. Verdict: Bloody good band. Quiet, secure, shiny. Would buy again. Only docked a star because the packaging was a f***ing pain to open.

My fault, not the band's

Look, the product works. It reflects light. It stays on. But I am a tinkerer. I opened the seam to see if I could add a LED strip. I broke it. Then I got mad that it was too simple to be worth my time. That's not the band's fault. It's a band. It does band things. One star because I am in a bad mood and this is my review and I can do what I want.

Ordered for my evening gardening. It came four days after promised. Product itself is good, reflective, fits my ankle, no smell. But I was out there in the dark pulling weeds without it. If you need it on time, order early. I'm not mad at the band, I'm mad at the wait. Gary, Ohio.
